For Christian women divorced over 50
The Start Living Again Assessment™
Your divorce is over. You've made it through the worst of the heartbreak and grief, and you're ready to move forward and start living again.
Being ready doesn't mean you know what comes next
You may still find yourself wondering:
- Who am I now?
- What do I want my life to look like from here?
- What's keeping me stuck?
- And where do I even begin?
The Start Living Again Assessment™ was created to help you begin answering those questions.
Why these five areas?
The assessment is built around five areas from a framework I created called FREED. Together, they represent foundational areas that can help a woman begin rebuilding her life after divorce. They are interconnected: your identity influences what you believe, what you believe influences what you can imagine, your sense of purpose gives meaning and direction, your vision helps you see what may be possible, and all of those things influence the steps you take.

Find Your Identity
Who am I now?
How clearly you understand who you are, what matters to you, and the qualities and strengths you recognize in yourself, including how much circumstances or other people's opinions influence how you see yourself.
-
R
Renew Your Mind
What's going on in my mind and emotions?
The thoughts, beliefs, emotions and patterns influencing how you respond to your life, including whether overthinking, difficult emotions or old conclusions about yourself may be making it harder to move forward.
-

Explore Your Purpose
What am I here for?
What gives your life meaning, what matters deeply to you, how your strengths and experiences could be used, and where you may want to make a meaningful difference.
-

Envision Your Future
What could my life look like from here?
How clearly you can picture this next season of your life, including your ability to see possibilities, recognize what you truly want, and imagine a future that reflects what matters most to you.
-
D
Develop & Live It Out
How do I actually move forward?
Your ability to turn what you want into action: making decisions, taking steps despite fear, staying consistent, trusting your decisions, and getting moving again when things don't go as planned.
What you receive
You'll answer six questions in each area, 30 in all, plus four quick questions about you. It takes about ten minutes. When you're finished, you receive:
- A result for each of the five FREED areas: Emerging, Developing or Strong
- For every area, what your result may be showing you, why it matters, and biblical truth to bring it back to
- Questions to think about and a practical place to begin
- A private link to your results that you can return to any time
- A seat at a live group Results Conversation with me on Zoom
The goal isn't for you to be "perfect" in every area. It's to help you see where you are right now, what may need your attention, and where it may be most helpful for you to begin.

"There are no right or wrong answers here. Answer based on how you're actually living, thinking and feeling right now, not where you think you should be."
